Genesis is the book of beginnings. As we said in our introductory message, Genesis covers the genesis of evil. I could have said there sin just as well, for that is what we see in chapter 3. However, the history of sin has a very strange beginning. Thus was the beginning of sin and evil in the world. God planned for it with redemption in Christ.
