From the Pulpit...

This message explains from the Bible the oft misunderstood doctrine of the sonship of Christ. We look at exactly what the word "son" means in this connection. Hint: it is not a "literal" biological term because Christ did not have a beginning. It does not mean subordination or origination. Rather, it is used in a figurative or metaphorical way to explain the character or nature of the Son. We will see a number of examples from the Bible that will help us understand the concept correctly.
