College Campus Ministry
Greetings! Fellowship Bible Church welcomes students and young adults to attend a Bible Study where you can enjoy fellowship with other students while growing in your understanding and application of God’s Word. Our college ministry extends to students on the campuses of University of Michigan, Washtenaw Community College, and Concordia College in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
We are always looking to grow our presence on the college campuses. Do you have a burden to reach your friends for Christ on campus, but feel ill equipped to do it? Contact us know so that we can provide you with resources and training you need to begin sharing the Gospel. We also offer one-on-one discipleship with students who want to be grounded in God’s Word by studying basic theology, Bible interpretation, and more.
Welcome from Pastor Matt Postiff
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting our website and considering Fellowship Bible Church to be your church. Our church is is a great place for serious Christian students who want to learn the Word of God in depth. We offer many opportunities from Sunday school and the morning worship service to Sunday evening to special Bible studies on the campus.
If you would like to have a Bible study in your dorm or apartment and can invite a few friends to come, we would love to help you to do that.
We have and have had students from all types of academic programs and ethnic backgrounds--from Grand Rapids, Michigan to the island nation of Singapore, and everywhere in between. The common thread is that we teach from a fundamental doctrinal perspective, holding God's Word dear, and standing against the tides of theological liberalism, ecumenism, evolutionism, and post-modernism.
As a former student at Michigan, I understand the challenges Christian students face on the campus. There is the time crunch, and then there is the academic and social pressure for the Christian student to be able to articulate their faith. The mainstream philosophies in academia necessitate a Biblically astute world-view. Many students have found that they are not as prepared as they would like to be for this challenge. We will help you with that preparation to be a light on the campus!
For those of you on a fixed meal budget, you will appreciate the meals that our families offer to you on a regular basis. We also have a potluck lunch the first Sunday of each month to provide a good meal and an opportunity for fellowship. We're not talking dorm food here!
I trust we will see you soon at Fellowship Bible Church!
