Earlier today, First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, TX suffered the worst mass shooting in a church in modern U.S. history. We spent some time praying for the survivors and families of the dead, and spoke briefly about the problem of evil, using Job 2 as a launching point into some other texts of Scripture. We also read Judges 6 in the service.
