From the Pulpit...

This lesson reviewed the historical context the of the book of Micah. We also noted four reasons Judah should have heeded the message the prophet delivered: it was God’s message; Micah was a Spirit-filled prophet; God had previously provided a) a negative illustration by the Assyrian’s destruction of the Northern Kingdom, and b) a positive illustration by defeating the Assyrian aggression against Judah during Hezekiah’s time.
