From the Pulpit...

Christian faith does not and cannot remain silent. That is because we know that Jesus is raised from the dead and that God will raise us up out of the dead as well and present us before Him. This changes everything because it means we are not living this life only for this life. We are living in this life in the sight of God and to help others glorify Him as well.

If you believe that the gospel is good news, if you believe that Jesus is the only way for someone to be saved from awful Hell, if you believe that the Christian life is the one that pleases God, if you believe that sin is really bad, then it is only reasonable that you should speak up.
